Council are excited to open Expressions of Interest for the formation of a NAIDOC Committee to help shape and celebrate NAIDOC Week! We are looking for passionate community members to join us in making key decisions on NAIDOC Week activities, including the focus city, theme, and local community NAIDOC Awards winners.
We invite Expressions of Interest from individuals who are passionate and committed to honouring and promoting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. We aim to have a diverse committee with representation from different clan groups. Together, we can make NAIDOC Week a meaningful and memorable celebration for all.
If you are interested in being part of this important initiative, please reach out in person at the KASC office to Leah Chambers to express your interest. Responses are required by Monday the 14th of April 2025.
