Description

Kowanyama Aboriginal Shire Council (KASC) invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of services associated with the 2026 Kowanyama Rodeo to be held on Saturday 5 September and Sunday 6 September 2026.

The Council is seeking submissions from organisations, businesses and service providers capable of delivering the following services:

Submissions and supporting documents are to be submitted by email to tenders@kowanyama.qld.gov.au and must include the EOI number in the subject line (KASC-2026-060).

Council reserves the right not to consider submissions sent to any other email address.  

Kowanyama Unsealed Roads Package

Description

Kowanyama Aboriginal Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Kowanyama Unsealed Roads Package. The Contract involves the delivery of unsealed road construction, rehabilitation and maintenance works within the Kowanyama Local Government Area, as detailed in the Request for Tender documentation.

 

How to Apply

Tenders must be submitted electronically through VendorPanel – VP520881 – Arrangement LB313 by the Closing Time and Date specified in the Request for Tender documentation.

Council will only accept submissions lodged through the VendorPanel platform. Submissions provided by email, post, hand delivery, or any other method will not be accepted.

Council reserves the right to reject any submission that is not submitted in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Tender and makes no representation that any tender will be accepted. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring their submission is successfully uploaded and received through VendorPanel before the tender closing time.

 

The Request for Tender documentation is available solely via VendorPanel under Arrangement LB313. Council will not distribute tender documents by email or any other means. Tenderers must access all documentation, communications, clarifications, and addenda through VendorPanel.
